Pomme D'Or Hotel - Saint Helier

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety.

I faced a horrendous noise issue from the pub below. Despite being placed in room 506 after my complaint, the initial experience was very frustrating. The room decor felt outdated, and it was disappointing that dinner wasn't on par with expectations despite high prices.

There were large breakfasts with views over the square and presented and cooked items and the location was marvellous.

The location, directly at the harbour and very close to the bus station and bicycle rental. Hotel very well equipped and very, very clean. The seafood evening was awesome; lots of staff. Top!

Everything top; perhaps the ventilation on the roof, which was a bit loud, but also went out towards evening.

Great facilities like 24-hour reception and air conditioning. Limited view from the room.

The location was perfect and the hotel is easy to find. The breakfast is very varied and very extensive.

Everything was really good, very efficient service, fantastic location near to easy to walk to tourist attractions, the Harbour, shops and restaurants and shops and bars. Brand-new rooms with a contemporary atmosphere, very efficient staff.

I stayed for one night in an executive double room. Comfy setup, excellent location by the bus station, but brekkie was a bit average. Chur to the staff for being friendly!

Central location of the hotel as an ideal starting point for many activities. Professional and helpful staff. Beautiful room with a large window and a great view of the harbour. Cafe and bar.

Man, those breakfasts were next level! I'm talking about a buffet that hits all the marks-croissants that are always fresh and bacon cooked to just the right crisp. Plus, the staff? Super friendly, reminded me of family! And the location? Just a stone's throw from the bus station, makes getting around easy!

Had a bit of noise from the street on Friday night, but nothing too crazy.

The bed was good. Breakfast was rich for breakfast super. We preferred coffee and summits in the cafe.

Our room was very small. Think that a double room was created from a single room. (511) The view was zero only house walls were there to see. We froze all the time and had 16 degrees in the room.

The hotel was in a prime spot. The breakfast was fantastic, with loads of choices. Plus, it was super convenient having the bus station close by.

One minor issue we faced was the pricing. While the place was great overall, it was slightly more pricey than we anticipated, especially for our room.

Friendly staff willing to cater to ever need. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast and evening meals exceptional. Location superb.

Room apparently overlooked outside airconditioning units and exceptionally noisy. Kind staff offered to change room on the Sat. night but we couldn't face moving all luggage out so put up with another sleepless night. Next visit we will most definitely ask for a different room location. Such a pity as other than sleepless nights we couldn't have wished for a better hotel. It was suggested that we close windows and turn on inside airconditioning but it was an exceptionally hot weekend and like most people we preferred the windows open for fresh air. Could'nt have slept either way - noise outside and airconditioning noise inside. Next time we will choose another room location

A good standard Hotel. Central location in easy reach of the shops and the beach. Excellent breakfast that was hot!

Some of the external bedroom doors look very dated as you walk along the corridors. Gives the wrong impression. Need changing.
